1. What is Bargains 4 Business?
Bargains 4 Business is a deal site that means business.
 Our deals cut a minimum of 40% off on a huge range of useful products and services, many of which your business will already be paying full price for. Signing up to our newsletter gives you the opportunity to save money and reduce overheads while you try out new providers.

2. How do I get one of today's Bargains 4 Business deals?
If you find a great B4B deal that you'd like to purchase, just click on the "Buy Now" button to accept the deal. If enough people sign up for the deal, your credit card will be charged and you will receive your tax invoice and Voucher via email. If not enough people sign up for the deal, you'll receive an email notifying you that unfortunately, the minimum sales limit was not reached and the deal will not be going ahead. Make sure you tell your friends and colleagues so that doesn't happen!

3. Will my card be charged immediately when I make a purchase?
If the minimum number of purchases have not yet been reached, your card will be authenticated and the details will be securely stored in our payment gateway using 256 bit SSL encryption. At the end of the deal, if the minimum has been reached, your card will be charged for the original transaction amount. However, if the minimum has already been reached when you make a purchase your card will be charged immediately.

4. What happens if the minimum is not reached?
In many cases we are only able to secure our deals at these amazing prices on the condition that a minimum number of purchases are made. Unfortunately, if not enough people sign up for a deal and the minimum number of buyers is not reached, the deal won't go ahead. So if things look close, please tell your friends, colleagues and networking contacts to help push the deal over the line.

5. What happens once the minimum for the deal is reached?
Once the deal is over your credit card will be charged and you will receive your Voucher and Tax Invoice via email. Then, all you need to do is follow the redemption instructions on the Voucher to enjoy your fantastic new deal!

6. Why do some deals sell out before the time limit is over?
Some of our suppliers can only accommodate a certain number of sales during the redemption term of the Voucher. We want to make sure that everyone who buys a Voucher is able to redeem it, which is why some Deals have a purchase limit in place. If you miss out on a deal and would like us to run it again, please let us know via our Feedback page.

7. Can I buy more than one Voucher per Deal?
It depends on the particular deal and supplier. Check the Fine Print for the deal, in most cases this should state whether multiple voucher purchases are allowed.

8. Is it safe to purchase through Bargains 4 Business?
Purchasing through Bargains 4 Business is very safe. To securely process your credit card details Bargains 4 Business uses 256 bit SSL encryption. No credit card information is stored directly on our servers. Any such information is encrypted and stored securely with our Australian PCI compliant payment gateway provider, Merchant Warrior. 9. How long is my Bargains 4 Business Voucher valid for?
The duration depends on the deal so please check the deal's Fine Print for the details. In most cases it will be valid for 1 month. Make sure you redeem your voucher early to avoid missing out!

10. I've purchased a Deal. Where's my Bargains 4 Business Voucher and Invoice?
Your Voucher and Tax Invoice will usually be emailed to you no later than 24 hours after a deal has ended. Please make sure that [email protected] has been added to your address book. This should prevent your email client from blocking the emails containing your Invoice and Voucher due to any Junk Mail restrictions.

You can also view and download your Voucher or Tax Invoice online:

• Log in to your Bargains 4 Business account via the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page
• Click "My Account" and then "My Vouchers"
• Find your Voucher and click on the small PDF logo to view or download your Voucher
• Click on the Invoice Number to view or download your Tax Invoice

11. Can I use my Voucher with another offer or discount from the same supplier?
Unfortunately, in most cases you will not be able to combine your Voucher with any other offers or discounts from the same supplier. This may not always be the case though, so please check the Deal Fine Print or contact the supplier if you are unsure.

12. If I don't use the full value of my Bargains 4 Business voucher in one go do I get a credit for the remainder?
No, unless mentioned in the Deal Fine Print you will not receive any money back or credit for the remainder of what you do not use. You are also unable to exchange an unused Voucher for cash.

13. My Voucher has not expired but the supplier won't redeem it!
If you experience a problem trying to redeem your voucher with the related supplier please contact us. If you leave it too late in the Voucher validity period before trying to redeem, the supplier may not physically be able to honour the voucher. To ensure that this does not occur, please try to make a booking with the supplier at least 1 week prior to the Voucher expiry date.

14. What if I can't redeem my Voucher because the Supplier has gone out of business?
In that case, we would refund all unused Bargains 4 Business Vouchers. However, this is very unlikely as we carefully select out suppliers to make sure that they are capable of honouring all Vouchers sold.

15. I've already purchased a Deal but I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Unless the information provided on our website was incorrect or misleading, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to discuss your reasons for a refund request, please contact us via the Contact Us page or by email at [email protected]

16. Can I subscribe to B4B Deal emails for more than one city at a time?
Definitely, although you need to register an account with Bargains 4 Business to do this. When you register you will be able to select all the locations that you would like to receive emails for. If you have already registered and wish to change your subscription settings:

• Log in to your Bargains 4 Business account via the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page
• Click "My Account"
• Scroll down to "Location Details", select which locations you'd like to subscribe to and click "Update Details"

17. How do I unsubscribe from B4B Deal emails?
Simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the daily Deal email. Or, if you have a Bargains 4 Business account:

• Log in to your Bargains 4 Business account via the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page
• Click "My Account"
• Scroll down to "Location Details", select which locations you'd like to unsubscribe from and click "Update Details"

18. What are B4B Credits?
B4B Credits are our way of rewarding you for your active participation in the site. Whenever you refer a friend, you will receive $10 worth of B4B Credits once they make their first purchase of $10 or more using the link in their referral email. We may also occasionally run other promotions enabling you to earn more credits. Your B4B Credits will each be valid (until used) for 3 months. You can redeem a maximum of $10 worth of B4B Credits per purchase that you make with Bargains 4 Business.

To check how many credits you have on your account:

• Log in to your Bargains 4 Business account via the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page
• Click "My Account" and then "My B4B Credits"
• You'll see a list of any credits you have earned so far, and how long they are each valid for

19. Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes! There's no reason to keep it to yourself - our Deals are worth talking about! Not only will you be rewarded for sharing with your friends, colleagues and networking contacts, but the more people that come on board, the better the Deals we'll be able to offer!

20. I've just referred a friend, how do I get my $10 credit?
Once your friend makes their first purchase of $10 or more using the link in their referral email, we'll assign $10 worth of B4B Credits to your account. To check how many credits you have on your account:

• Log in to your Bargains 4 Business account via the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page
• Click "My Account" and then "My B4B Credits"
• You'll see a list of any credits you have earned so far, and how long they are each valid for

21. How much time does my referred friend have to purchase in order for me to receive my $10 credit?
There is no minimum timeframe for them to make a purchase. However they will have to click on the link in the referral email to enable us to credit your account.

22. How can I redeem my B4B Credits?
You can redeem your B4B Credits whenever you make a purchase with Bargains 4 Business. Once you click on the "Buy Now" button, simply select "Use Your Credit" on the purchase page. Please note that you will need to be signed into your account (via the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page) to access your B4B Credits. You can redeem a maximum of $10 B4B Credit per purchase.

23. How do I feature my business on Bargains 4 Business?
