Bargains 4 Business "Win a 13" MacBook Air Computer" competition terms and conditions.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. This is a skill-based contest with entrants submitting an answer to the question "Tell us in 25 words or less what business services you'd like to save money on for your business..."
3. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Australian residents only. Employees or contractors of Bargains 4 Business, Film Cartel Pty Ltd, Alpha Station, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
4. Promotion commences on December 08, 2011 and closes at 11pm, June 12, 2012. Promotion will be via the Bargains 4 Business website - http://www.bargains4business.com.au
5. There is one prize to be given away for the duration of the competition. The draw will take place at 9am, June 13, 2012, at Bargains 4 Business - 38 Business Street, Yatala, QLD 4207, Australia. All winners will be notified by email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. To enter: User's must submit their entry, an answer to the question "Where did you hear about Bargains 4 Business?" and contact details: name, address (city only), and email address via the competition entry form on the Bargains 4 Business website - http://www.bargains4business.com.au
7. To be a valid entry, the email provided by the Eligible Entrant must be valid. Email addresses that bounce or do not exist will not be considered eligible for the Competition. Cost of entry via the internet is free, but internet connection and usage rates may apply – Eligible Entrants should obtain details of such costs from their service providers.
8. All Eligible Entrants must ensure that the Promoter receives their entries during the Entry Period. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of submission by the Eligible Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
9. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Eligible Entrant invalid if the Eligible Entrant tampers with the entry process, benefits from such tampering or submits an entry that is illegible, incomplete or not in accordance with these conditions.
10. Eligible Entrants must submit their internet entries manually. The Promoter may reject internet entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that they have been entered using automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.
11. Prize Details are as follows:

12. All above prizes include GST. The price is valued at $1,449.00 Australian Dollars. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
13. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the Prize winner or any other party if the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable for any reason.
14. The Prize winner will be notified by a written message that will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail provided by them in their entry.
15. The Prize notification will state the Prize that has been won and will include instructions as to how the Prize winner is to claim the Prize and establish his/her entitlement to it. The Prize winner must provide a suitable address where price will be delivered (must not be a PO Box). Prize will be posted and signed by Prize winner on arrival to give evidence that the Prize winner has received the Prize.
16. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Competition, if the Prize is: (i) not claimed by the Prize winner within 1 month of the draw for the Prize; (ii) forfeited for any reason; or (iii) the Prize winner is determined by the Promoter to be ineligible, the Prize will be awarded to another Eligible Entrant in a redraw for the Prize. Any such redraw will be made from a pool of entries comprising all those entries that were originally eligible to win the Prize. Any such redraw will commence at 12:00 pm on August 07, 2012 at 38 Business Street, Yatala, QLD 4207, Australia. If there is a redraw, the name of the winner of the redraw will be notified by a written message that will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail or mailing address provided by them in their entry. The Prize notification will state the Prize that has been won and will include instructions as to how the Prize winner is to claim the Prize and establish his/her entitlement to it.
17. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
18. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
